Beginning Monday, September 8, and continuing every Monday through Wednesday night, a new recession special will be served at Dragonfly. Diners can enjoy a dinner consisting of salad, prawn Thai noodle bowl entrée, and dessert for $24.

From 5:00 until 9:30 p.m. on Monday evenings, Dragonfly’s Sushi Bar offers half priced sushi through the fall. Sushi bar is first come first served. Dragonfly is located upstairs at 10118 Donner Pass Rd., right in the heart of downtown Truckee. For reservations call Dragonfly at 530-587-0557.

Dragonfly Restaurant and Sushi Bar is once again supporting area non-profit organizations by re-launching Ten Percent to Non-profit Wednesdays during the month of October.
Each Wednesday in October, a different worthy organization will garner ten percent of the evening’s proceeds.
Non-profit groups that would like to be considered as a benefactor should contact Billy McCullough at 530-587-0557.

Billy McCullough, owner and chef of Truckee’s Dragonfly Restaurant and Sushi Bar, will participate in a free food demo at Sierra Valley Farms at noon on Friday, August 29 as part of the Fridays on the Farm event held every Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. through September.
