Things to do while in South Lake Tahoe besides ski.?
My wife and I are flying on Monday (1/16/2006)to Lake Tahoe for a week. We are going to be in ski school for the next three days, I was wondering if anyone knew of other things to do while we are there. She is 31, I am 29 and we both like to party and have a good time. We would also like to see and exprerience some different sights and sounds. Also does anyone have a good suggestion for a nice place to take her to eat on our first night there? It will be her birthday.

Take her on the Tahoe Queen it is a steam boat that crusies around the lake with dinner and dancing the sights are just breath taking. My family and I have been going to Lake Tahoe every summer for 35yrs. There is no other place quite like it enjoy!!!
