And with an abundance of ski deals on and off the hills, there has never been a better time for a Tahoe getaway. A new electronic kiosk, put together by the area visitors bureaus at www.gotahoenorth.com/cool-deals, is one of the best one-stop shopping venues for guests because it offers value and specials for lodging, skiing, activities, entertainment and dining all on one web page, which is updated daily.

Rock the fluorescent at the 3rd Annual 80s Day at Sugar Bowl Ski Resort Friday, April 3. Squaw Valley USA hosts the Peaks & Lagoons Spring Party Weekend April 11-12 with hip-hop at the pool, Sick & Twisted Slopestyle competition and a bevy of spring parties. The Easter bunny makes a guest appearance at the Northstar Village and on the mountain Sunday, April 12 with an Easter egg hunt with more than 1,000 eggs. Tuck it and point em! Alpine Meadows hosts its annual Mad Cow Downhill Saturday, April 18, when the first skier or snowboarder that makes it from the top of the Summit Chair to the base lodge wins a free midweek season pass.
